Spanish term or phrase: terminaciones de telefonía selectiva
This is in a general list of descriptions of the types of products produced by a company which works in the area of passing communications down high voltage lines and of protection systems, as they say, mainly directed at services, such as electricity companies and railways. What is "telefonía selectiva" and what type of "terminaciones" would they be referring to? Context:

"Los sistemas de conmutación comprenden centrales digitales de tránsito para voz y datos, conmutadores de tramas digitales, terminaciones de telefonía selectiva y sistemas de conmutación de paquetes."

"Selective telephony terminals"
Explanation:
I tried different translations for "telefonía selectiva", none which produced good results after further google research. I finally resorted to looking in my oxford eng/span dict. and telefonía is in fact 'telephony', so I tried a google search with "selective telephony" thinking that it would never work, but as it turned out I think it's the exact term you need.

"terminales" I thought, could be the railway/metro terminals, but based on the text I would say they are the actual telephone terminals/boxes/stations etc.

I just noticed that the previous example is a translation, but don't worry, the term appears in many pages, including US patents.
