Spanish term or phrase: boca de la corredera

Hola, aquí sigo con los términos mexicanos.

En este caso hasta tengo una definición en el texto. Lo que pasa es que no encuentro una traducción que me cuadre con el contexto textil, todo lo que encuentro está relacionado con la caza o la industria. Aquí va:
"boca de la Corredera: es el orificio donde entra la cremallera". De momento lo tengo traducido como "slide" pero no me convence. ¿Alguna idea?

I have always heard this referred to as the "groove/channel" of the slider

Step 2:
Remove old zipper foot. Take new zipper slider and guide track tapes into the top "grooves" of the slider, pushing them through to the bottom. Use a pin if needed to work the track tapes through. Pull tapes gently to make sure slider is sitting evenly on tracks. With both tapes threaded through slider, gently pull slider up until locked track teeth appear at bottom.

Guide the track tapes into the "grooves" of the slider, inserting them into the top and pushing them through the slider to the bottom; use a pin if necessary to work the track tapes through. Pull the tapes carefully so that the slider is evenly seated on the tracks.

Align the new slider so that the zipper ends enter the wider side of the slider. Carefully pull the ends of the zipper tape through the "top grooves" of the slider. Use a pin if necessary to guide the fabric through. Adjust tapes by pulling gently on the ends, so that the slider sits evenly....
