ARTICULO 1º.- Incorpórase una etapa pre-sumarial, como sistema de método alternativo a la solución de controversias entre los turistas y las Agencias de Turismo derivadas de un contrato turístico celebrado entre las partes.
ARTICULO 2º.- Autorícese al Instructor Sumariante interviniente a prescindir de cumplir con la etapa presumarial, cuando razones objetivas debidamente fundadas así lo aconsejan. |
