Explanation:
"Recurrente" is "recurring", ie, it means absolutely nothing in this context.
In my oppinion somebody meant "ocurrente" (in line with creative).
DRAE: "Ocurrencia: Idea inesperada, pensamiento, dicho agudo u original que ocurre a la imaginación."
