Spanish term or phrase: despesques en esteros
This comes from a list of activities offered by a company involved in organising congresses, conventions and incentive outings for companies.

I have been told an "estero" in this context is like a fish farm, but I don't know what the activity involves or how we would refer to it in English.

Any help would be very much appreciated,

Many thanks,

Context: Eventos especiales tales como:

DESPESQUES EN ESTEROS, CAPEAS, MATANZAS DEL CERDO IBERICO, GOLF, HIPICA Y RUTAS A CABALLO, SAFARIS FOTOGRAFICOS, CASAS RURALES Y CORTIJOS EN LOS PUEBLOS BLANCOS DE LA SIERRA DE CADIZ,

brackish water fishing

Explanation:
Since the marshes may have brackish water, this might be a good option.

fishing in stocked waters

Explanation:
If it is like a fish farm, that suggests a body of water like a lake or a reservoir where fish are introduced periodically to give anglers a better chance of a catch. These are called "stocked waters".

salt marsh fish harvests

Explanation:
