Spanish term or phrase: sentencia su valor diferencial

Hello. Desribing a company that has constructed a golf course and residential / holiday complex that is supposedly in harmony with the environment:

"XXX sentencia su valor diferencial porque asume y no excluye el entorno que lo acoge."

I don't understand the use of "sentenciar" nor "valor diferencial" in this sentence.

According to the RAE, "sentenciar" has the meaning of "aseverar":

sentenciar.

1. tr. Dar o pronunciar sentencia.

3. tr. Expresar el parecer, juicio o dictamen que decide a favor de una de las partes contendientes lo que se disputa o controvierte.
4. tr. aseverar.

7. tr. C. Rica. advertir (ǁ aconsejar).

And, according to the RAE "aseverar" means:

aseverar.
(Del lat. asseverāre).
1. tr. Afirmar o asegurar lo que se dice.

So, I would suggest it is saying that:

XXX ensures its unique value by encapsulating rather than excluding the environment which surrounds it

or something along those lines.

That would be my understanding!!
