Explanation:
Si se refiere a la de la Ciudad de México que es la que acuñó ese término, se utiliza en español y, en la primera ocasión se incluye entre paréntesis la traducción, usando el español, con mayúsculas para lo demás pues es una zona bastante bien delimitada. Es como traducir Barrio Gótico o reve gauche. Ahora que si se refiere a otra ciudad, pues entonces ya está usada de manera genérica y entonces conviene usar el inglés en todo el texto. Una opinión.
