Explanation:
It's a functional translation. 'Sociedad Cooperativa' is an Union, 'Cooperative' is also correct; however, the wording can get tricky. You can use another technique (transposition) by switching the syntax to obtain the same results.

i.e.
"Labor Employee's Union of Apparel"
