topped by a groin vault (nave) and barrel vaults (aisles)
Explanation:
What you’ve got here is a groin vault over the nave (center), and the two aisles (one on each side of the nave) are topped by barrel vaults; Tuscan columns separate the nave from the aisles.

Wikepedia explanation of nave (and aisles): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nave

Bóveda de aristas – The Diccionario Visual de Arquitectura gives “cross vault” or “groin vault” for "bóveda por arista". Info. and pictures here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groin_vault

Bovéda de cañón – barrel vault (same dictionary). Info. and pictures here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barrel_vault

The “pilares” should be "orden toscaNo” or “Tuscan order”. See Wikipedia article and corresponding one in English:

Explanation:
Inside, with a basilic plan, there are three naves. The main nave is covered by cross vaults and the side naves by barrel vaults.

covered with groin vaults in the middle and barrel vaults at the sides

Explanation:
