Spanish to English translations [PRO]

I have an idea about this but not sure.

After searching for the term In Spanish, the articles led me to understand that this was an African tribe in Uganda which there is up to nearly 50 (dependeng on source) I simply started searches for lists of the tribes in English 'Nilo-Hamitic' was the only one I could find that resembled 'nilocamíticos'
'Nilo-Hamitic tribes' as well as 'Nilo-Hamitic Groups' were both common

I also found the one hit for 'Nilocamitic', I'm thinking that it is most likely a different spelling of the same tribal nombrage.
I also tried a search on just plain Camatic with 10 results half of the results seem to have nothing to do with Tribes or groups.
More importantly nilocamitic and Nilo-Hamitic were not found on together in a single source, if they were two distinct tribes I would expect that they would both be mentioned together in many sources, this leads me to believe that authors use one variation of the name or the other, and in English the more common name appears to be Nilo-Hamitic
