Necesito checar cómo decir "montar una guardia especial" al referirme a cuando hay días festivos y para no descuidar la operación corporativa, se monta una guardia especial en determinadas áreas, por ejemplo: cobranza, atención a socios, etc.

Si la persona de guardia no se encuentra en el lugar de trabajo (por ejemplo, un trabajador que termine a las 5 de la tarde pero se vaya a su casa aún estando de guardia hasta las 12 de la noche, por si pasa cualquier cosa en la oficina, esta persona estaría "on call").

Si se encuentra físicamente en el lugar de trabajo: on duty
Si no se encuentra físicamente en el lugar de trabajo: on call
