paraffin (applications/wraps)
Explanation:
There are a few refs. to “candle oil" packs or baths, but only in translated material. I have a feeling that this is referring to a paraffin wrap (since paraffin is the wax used in candles):

Paraffin wrap: Warmed paraffin wax is brushed over your body, although some paraffin treatments focus just on the hands or feet. A paraffin wrap is thought to reduce muscle and joint aches and soothe symptoms of arthritis. It's a popular winter treatment and great for skin in need of intense moisturising.

Relax in the Spa’s restorative environment, while enjoying complete hand and nail treatments that include a hand soak, exfoliation, massage and your choice of a hydrating masque or warm paraffin wrap.

I did find one ref. to “paraffin oil wrap”—but most of the refs. I saw to “paraffin oil” being used in spas are, again, translations.

agree  Taña Dalglish: I too hesitated to use "candle oil". I did find ref. attached http://fabsugar.com/205372 "This awesome candle comes in four variations and burns down into a liquefied massage oil that can be rubbed immediately onto your skin". Saludos Cindy.
