Spanish term or phrase: derecho de vía
This is the construction of road system in a tourist residential development. In England we use right of way in the same way as "preferencia" in Mexico, so I'm confused by the width part.

Se ha planeado la construcción de casi 40 Km de vialidades pavimentadas por asfalto-concreto, con derecho de vía de 22 a 29 metros de ancho, y dos bandas de rodamiento de 6.5 metros de ancho cada una, con seto central de 1 metro y pecho paloma en los laterales para la recogida de aguas
