Spanish term or phrase: plaza
this relates to regulations on tourism accommodation (ie tourist rented apartments).
I am unsure what "plaza " can be in this context:
"Sala de estar comedor (máximo 2 plazas - 13.5 m2"
"Superficie útil adicional por plaza (+ 2 plazas) - 1.5m2"
Any ideas?
Thanks!

sleeps /occupant
Explanation:
I think it is not a great idea to put the same word in both cases.

In the first case "Sala de estar comedor (máximo 2 plazas - 13.5 m2" I would translate "Sleeps 2 people maximum.

In the second phrase, "Superficie útil adicional por plaza (+ 2 plazas) - 1.5m2" I would translate plaza as occupant (aditional usable area per occupant)

Explanation:
Plaza se refiere al espacio para que duerma una persona, como en "cama de dosplazas/una plaza". En los departamentos, podrías poner "sleeps 2", por ej. o max. 2 people.
