Spanish term or phrase: ajo blanco
Appears to be some sort of dessert, with pumpkin and mango, so "white garlic" doesn't sound right. I may be wrong...

Apparently it's also known as "almond gazpacho", but that sounds weird, and extremely unappetizing, to me.

white garlic soup

Explanation:
I translate menus all the time (as I'm based on the Costa del Sol) and this is a summer soup which is usually served with grapes, apart from almonds (recipe available). Also, this is what is called in "Cooking in Spain" from Janet Mendel Searl, a Lookout Publication, and one of the best books on the subject. Good luck.

cold almond-garlic soup

Explanation:
I don't mean to copy anyone's answer, but both almonds and garlic are essential to this soup, which is as María mentioned, served with grapes.

It is a kind of gazpacho, albeit not the usual, tomato-based variety.

I thinks it's important to include both ingredients; some people might be unpleasantly surprised at the garlic if it's called just almond soup, and some people really don't care for almonds, so the same could happen if you just mention the garlic...
