agree  B Sweeney: i have chosen government instead of council as i believe this is the term used for regional governments.Councils would be the term used for smaller areas within each region, in this case Teruel, Huesca etc.

agree  Gary Smith: This sounds fine to me. I often translate government documents in Spain, and usually use "Town Council" for "Ayuntamiento", but different regions can vary. I've even seen "Deputation" for "diputación", referring to a national government body in the region

disagree  B Sweeney: ive never heard this use of from before, Michael. Of is the correct term, I believe.

  -> I apologize - I thought you were refering to "Regional Council" as incorrect; you are right, the preposition should be "of" not "from"; however, the main portion, "Regional Council" is correct. Thank you for pointing out the selection of "of".
