I am translating the features from different hotels from Spanish into English and I found this abbreviation many times. Anyone could tell me what it means?

If you look at the orange symbols for "hotel facilities" (servicios del hotel) on these two, you'll see the same thing: B/C/S = Bar/Snack/Café.
