| | housing developments / estate COMMENT BELOW | Explanation: These are the two terms commonly used, depending on the type of housing (the latter isn't so upmarket!). But for a leaflet like yours, I'd be more inclined to use sth like
*groups of newly/recently-built houses* which sounds more attractive.
