Explanation:
Does it just mean this, that they don't fear humans because in this place they cannot be fished? Sounds a little strange, fish not being scared by people, but that's what it says...

Asker: Hi Owen, yes, that's how I read it too, because its is a reserved area, the fish are not scared of humans -thouhg I would have assumed they would be more scared if they hadn't seen humans before, pero bueno... Thanks!

Explanation:
I read long ago in a book by Lobsang Rampa, that in Tibet he made friends with a fish in a lake, and the fish would come to him and let him get hold of it ... and I've never been able to eat fish since!
