neutral  Carol Gullidge: hotel quotas are really more long-term, such as those allocated to tourist operators for a whole season - I think!//I read this as being just for this one (large!) conference. Of course, if they're negotiating for the whole season, then quota would be OK

Organizing hotel accommodation


Explanation:
Organizing covers the lot (negotiation + running/management)

Hotel accommodation is what it is, or you could simply say "beds".

Clearly, they are arranging accommodation/beds for 10,000 delegates for 2 nights, hence the 20,000 "nights" (or person/nights, as in French "nuitées"). But it looks like a one-off arrangement, which is why I hesitate to agree with Eileen's "quota"
