Explanation:
I think it is a "typo" and the word is "salones"

Opto sólo por Rooms porque en los hoteles no solo hay salones para banquetes (banquet rooms), sino que tambien hay salones para conferencias (conference rooms) e, incluso salones privados.

Por eso creo que es mejor usar una palabar genérica.

Looking at this in the morning, with a fresh brain, I see that it makes sense that we have two separate words: Salones and Banquetes, since they appear individually in the list, and the list itemizes different types of services and facilities.
