Tourism & Travel
Spanish term or phrase: puerto turístico
The document is a description of a tourist destination in Italy. One context is the following sentence: "Desde nuestro conocido restaurante, podrá degustar platos típicos de la cocina mediterránea así como disfrutar de la vista del puerto turístico de Porto Rotondo."

The translater has put "tourist harbour," which sounds awful to me and is something I would never say. A better suggestion? Thanks

Thanks. Now that you've said it I can't believe how elusive it was. Or how literally this text has been translated :(

El Port de Llancà has a nice beach, la Platja del Port, popular with wind-surfers, as well as an active pleasure-port, a traffic-free promenade, and an attractive old town set 1 km back from the shore to escape the attention of pirates.
