Description of a hotel:

Ubicado a unos 10 km. de un gran núcleo urbano (de más de 800.000 habitantes), el hotel es especialmente versátil, puesto que puede resultar interesante tanto al viajero de negocios, como al cliente vacacional o de reuniones y congresos. De hecho, el hotel cuenta con varios salones, según la distribución adjunta:

There follows a table, which lists the names of the conference rooms, the square metrage, and one column called "capacidad teatro" and one called "capacidad escuela". e.g.

Sala Picero 650m2 500 [cap teat] 250 [cap esc]

The capacidades escuela are always smaller than the capacidades teatro, by approximately half.

Escuela = in this context is used as training facility/ educational facility;
