Subdireccion 1; Administracion 0.5; servicios generales 1.5; recepcion 6; servicios al cliente 2; Pisos 10; lenceria 1.5 ...
[numbers refer to staff members]
2. [re staff costs]: Coste por servicio de personal extra pisos: €52 brutos; coste por servicio de sala: €90
Does this mean the staff who work in the hotel rooms- e.g. cleaners?

I've just seen your comments to and fro with her, and room staff is definitely an option, but since the person in charge of this department is the housekeeper, I thought "housekeeping" was an appropriate name for the department.

Asker: Hi Noni. This sounds good, and I think we may be getting there, but how would it fit (and i know strictly this should go in a new question) as part of the phrase "Coste por servicio de personal extra pisos"? Cost per extra housekeeping service?
Asker: €52 would seem about right for a shift, no? I am going to put "room service" for the "servicio de sala", which comes directly after this phrase, although "shift" may be implied therein
