This is from a list of distances from the hotel. It says, airport 3km, centre of town, 2 km etc. Could this be a water park? Or a lake/river?

Agua Dulce exhibition centre/trade fair venue


Explanation:
It's in/near Almeria (in Roquetas del Mar) and , I'm sorry, has little to do with water parks. That's probably why the name has capital letters!
The "right" English term is a little more tricky. Birmingham has a National Exhibtion centre. Earls Court and Olympia in London both call themselves Exhibition Centres. Other places nearer home, such as Barcelona, refer to themselevs as trade fair venues - or at least their translator does!

agree  Noni Gilbert: Completely in agreement with you (see the ref I posted) especially now that Ben has confirmed it's Aguadulce...//Thought I was the only person who used the word methinks!
