This is the header for a section of marketingprojects done by firm XXX. Señalización has come up before in the text and we went with "signage", as it was referring literally to signs put up inside and outside of the workplace for personnel and clients. They are being very specific here (for example, just for "brand" there is brand image, brand DNA, brand architecture, brand positioning, brand identity, brand orientation, blah, blah, blah ad nauseum) , and I have no idea what the proper marketing terms may be.

Objetivo: Crear un nuevo programa de señalética interior y exterior.
Tras realizar una auditoría de marca, de servicios e instalaciones, se detectaron áreas de mejora entre las que destacaba la señalización y señalética del centro comercial. A partir de las conclusiones, se desarrolló un programa de señalética interior y exterior con el objetivo de optimizar los flujos. Se diseñó una identidad señalética con una imagen distintiva que ayudara al posicionamiento de Nueva Condomina a la vez que potenciaba la experiencia de compra.

Explanation:
As far as I know, both signage and signaletics are concerned with creating orientation systems for a person/groups of people moving about in a large area. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the exact difference is. Wayfinding is another term often used in describing the discipline dealing with the function of signs and signage systems.
