Can´t find a reference to using 'crispy, crackling, crunchy' seaweed for use as a wrap. Any ideas? This is very urgent.

Explanation:
Crepitar is defined by the RAE as "Producir sonidos repetidos, rápidos y secos, como el de la sal en el fuego.", in english it would be crackling (like a fire or pork rinds) or sizzling (like bacon). As I think they mean a crunchy covering of seaweed I would choose crackling for this instance.

I can't help thinking that an onomatopoeic word doesn’t work too well with a mousse.
Maybe we could take the effect of the mousse on the body as a starting point. Here are a couple of possible ideas to help you start thinking in a different direction ...

perhaps the stress here should be on the product's novel consistency (it's usually yucky clay or mud). One shouldn't venture into fizziness but to me mousse + zinginess could = foam. Just a thought, as it's urgent. btw the (rest of the) translation in the link offered above by Smartrans is NOT to be recommended !
