Spanish term or phrase: cantabar
El hotel se rodea por diversos restaurantes, tiendas de moda y bares con mucha vida nocturna, y con su prestigiado restaurante lounge **cantabar**.

I thought it might be the name of the restaurant but it appears in lowercase and plus I am unable to find any links. Can it be a karaoke bar??? (This hotel is in Cancun)

Hi, Lydia. I think it is a spelling mistake in spanish. In Argentina, "karaoke bar" is called "cantobar".
