Spanish term or phrase: ingresos pais en valor constante

I am working on a translation of a Spanish article about the impact of climate change on the tourism industry in Spain and the need for an appropriate response t the problem. The article is very much based on the findings of Djerba Conference on climate change and tourism. The text is formal. During the translation process I've encountered a term which I am really lost about. I would therefore welcome your opinion. The term is

"ingresos pais en valor constante"

And the context is:

"El turismo espa�ol atraviesa un momento dif�cil que requiere una reconsideraci�n a fondo de las pautas de desarrollo vigentes en las �ltimas d�cadas. Los rasgos cr�ticos que apunptan a ese cambio se cifran en t�rminos de estancamiento de la econom�a tur�stica (pernoctaciones, gasto medio e ingresos pa�s en valor constante)....."

I'm translating from Spanish (Spain) to English (UK). Here is my attempt:

�Spanish tourism is going through a difficult time that demands a thorough reconsideration of the development models that have been prevalent in the last decades. The critical features that point to this change are summed up in terms of the stagnation of tourism economy (overnight stays, average expenditure and ???????) ��

Since I am just a student of translation who's experience in translation has been so far limited to in-class exercises and who's native language is not English. I would therefore very much appreciate your expertise.

I think "en valor constante" (whether that be "at constant value" or "in constant prices"), applies only to "ingresos". I can't see how it could possibly refer to "pernoctaciones". It simply doesn't collocate, idiomatically or semantically. It might apply to "gasto medio", but I didn't interpret it this way on first reading the sentence. If the original had been "pernoctaciones, y gasto medio e ingresos país...", then it clearly would apply to "gasto". My advice: leave it in English as ambiguous as it may be in Spanish. Good luck!.

Asker: Gracias Alejandro, the internet definitely seems to support your translation. Although the term "in constant prices" is most commonly collocated with GDP, I have also found instances supporting your translation. Thank you! Can I just ask you one more question. Deborah suggested that the term "en valor constante" may refer to all three things mentioned by the author in the brackets: pernoctaciones, gasto medio e ingresos pais en valor constante. I would really appreciate your opinion on this as a native speaker of Spanish. What is your opinion? I must say, that I am not sure. Thank you
