Sentido hacia Caracas lo he traducido como "towards Caracas", pero no me convence. También he pensado en "heading to Caracas". Por otra parte, estoy tan bloqueada en este momento que no se me ocurre cómo decir "entrada a" en este contexto. ¿"arriving at San Fernando heading to Caracas"?
