Spanish term or phrase: descubierta
Hello!

This is a description of a wedding package offered at a hotel in Cuba.
It is in bullet form and appears as follows:

**Desubierta** especial noche de nupcias, botella de champagne

I know descubierta means open-air/outdoor etc., but what is it they are offering? A special outdoor "what" on the wedding night?

Many thanks in advance! ;-)

Asker: A special "uncovered" night??? I know what descubierta means; it´s the service that I am unsure about. What are they offering that would have to do with a wedding/honeymoon type of package?

Discovery

Explanation:
This is another option. They could be calling it a "Night of Discovery", as the married couple will be discovering each other. As in "Discovery Package - A special wedding night, with a bottle of champagne"

Asker: In truth, this is probably another perfectly acceptable option, but Remy´s suggestion has a certain ring to it that I felt was needed, given the context. Thanks so much for your help! I really appreciate it. ;-)

another option, as this has a treble meaning of luxury, of being natural (relaxing after the wedding party) and also of being nude...

neutral  philgoddard: This should be spelled au naturel. It's one of those phrases that Americans often get wrong, like the extremely common "chaise lounge".

-> wrong - the conjugation is feminine with "la noche", please revise your French! Please see the beginner notes above and good luck with your studies!

'gotcha' kind of different option...

Explanation:
-gotcha ['gKtGB] exclam Br Fam (= I got you) (on catching someone) ¡te agarré or Esp pillé! - Gran Larousse - would be another sense of 'descubierta' in Spanish.
Though it might add to the confussion, but considering the context 'two newly weds longing to be alone' and custom in some cultures 'friends appearing at the door' - Hope it Helps!
