neutral  philgoddard: This is good - though the word order is wrong. You'd need to say "Find your sense of self again" or "Regain your sense of self".

agree  Deborah Lockett: I understand it as "you'll be more centred" therefore you'll feel more whole... this is very good, as well as Carol's idea. "To take the measure of oneself", on the other hand, means "to check how one is", which is not the same; this is more accurate.
