agree  Carol Gullidge: although I don't think I'd bother with the translation "Sir Flesh", as, no doubt the context would make the meaning clear (hopefully, at least!)//It must be for a EN audience, and afaik, we don't have a "Sir Flesh"
5 mins
  -> Thanks, Carol. I think that the choice depends on the type of text and the intended audience. Alejandro

agree  mgdletters: either leave it as it is or use Carnival instead

  -> Thank you. Alejandro

agree  Richard Boulter: Just so; some options to choose according to the context, with the interpreted connotation of 'Sir Flesh / Sir Carnality', which are nonexistent in English. Actually, the metaphoric Don Juan in English is also a Spanish model! Regards.

the hedonistic "Don Carnal" (symbolic of the pleasures of the flesh)

Explanation:
Carnival is a celebration held before Lent, taking advantage of the lack of any restrictions on eating and drinking!

agree  Carol Gullidge: although I think you only need one of those explanations. Have to admit, that images of Bluebeard and Flashman sprang to mind ... :O)
