Es una expresión común en Argentina, tiene que ver con el siete de espadas, la tercera carta fuerte en el truco, tan popular en la Argentina y es una especie de imagen de un paquete turístico para visitar los 7 lagos.
Tal vez no haya que traducirla y remitirme al texto que la explica. ¿Alguna sugerencia en inglés?

Silvia, "la gran siete" may refer to the 7th of spades since it is the card,"la carta", feminine, we sre talking about and I think it does. However, we use it to refer to luck.

I guess you could keep that phrase in Spanish, but you'd have to go into an explanation anyway... Couldn't throw a Spanish phrase in the middle of an English text without a good reason.
Creo que en este caso, el problema es que la empresa "anunciante" se quiere lanzar al mercado internacional usando una referencia cultural muy local. Al truco se juega en Argentina, Uruguay y creo que Valencia (ni siquiera en toda España ni América Latina). Si le explicas a alguien en castellano el significado de la frase, puede funcionar. En cambio, por mucho que le expliques el origen de la frase a un angloparlante, no hay manera de traducirla... ¡Menudo problemita!

However, Seven of Spades wouldn't really work here for English readers, even given the explanation, especially as it's only 3rd in order of importance! In a marketing text, we would be aiming for the most important card!

No vas a encontrar manera de traducir la referencia al truco. Tampoco se me ocurre ningún juego de baraja francesa (la del póquer) donde el 7 tenga un valor especial.
Lo único que se me acaba de ocurrir es el juego de dados 7-11 (el "sevelén" que lo llaman en Uruguay), pero esto implicaría cambiar la imagen a dados en vez de cartas.
