I'm struggling to work out what exactly an expanse of meadows would be offering this palatial property... A view (over the meadows?). Or does it simply broaden the horizons, providing views into the distance? I can find very little on Google, and so far, nothing conclusive, so would be very grateful for any suggestions. Many thanks!
Explanation: the commanding view of expanses of meadows from the house OR
A commanding view of the house from nearby overlooking meadows

many thanks everyone for the terrific help. I especially love Claudia's and Coral's suggestions, but, due to time constraints, had already opted for "xxx enjoys commanding views, thanks to the wide expanse of surrounding meadows", followed by a restructuring of the rest. The consensus seems to be that the house has comanding views OVER the surrounding meadows, rather than the other way round 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
Carol, although totally subjecitve, for what its worth, looking at the paragraph I'm inclined to think that they are talking about the view you have from the house towards the fields, simply because that is the first impression I had the first time I read it, being a native Spanish speaker.
Couldn't you ask the client?
the photo just shows a rather fine rural house with a swimming pool in the front, and what looks like a field and part of a slope behind the house. I hesitated to provide too much of a description, simply because there's an existing translation, which looks like a total mismatch with the property (describing 2 non-existent towers, etc), so I'm not sure how helpful this is.
provide /furnish/present the house with a view/views/
Explanation: As I see it.

Asker: many thanks bcsantos! This seems the obvious translation (what springs to mind!), but seems to mean the reverse of Edward's and Lisa's answers. What a conundrum!
