Unlike the other respondents, I assume that that the "we" here is intended to refer to the employees of the agency, and that it is NOT intended to embrace the agency's clients--or somehow the entire world--as well. I don't see this latter interpretation as making any sense at all.

The idea, then, is to present the agency as a team of professionals dedicated to assuring their clients an optimal travel experience.

It would have been helpful if you had told us how the "we" was to be understood, and described any accompanying graphics or photos. Without this, all we can do is guess.

This is my guess, based on what you've given us.

XXXXX is everybody


Explanation:
I think that the name of the travel agency should come first, because it gives an emphasis to this firm. If we say - Todos somos XXXXX, than we might say in English - Everybody/All of us is XXXXX. The meaning of the slogan changes a little bit.
