Spanish to English translations [PRO] Tourism & Travel / Cider
Spanish term or phrase:cofradía
I can´t decide how to translate 'cofradía' in this context - guild / fraternity / association etc? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
Explanation: These are the Oxford dictionary definitions, guild being the historical version.

Although the dictionary didn't give it, I think your idea of fraternity is fine as well.

Here are some Internet samples of the use of "Basque culinary brotherhoods". One also refers to them as "gastronomic societies" so that could be another option.
