neutral  philgoddard: This is one possible translation, but your explanation is wrong - it's nothing to do with peace and tranquillity or the type of clients they want.

  -> hi Phil, I think the clue is in "la sensibilidad que contagia el paisaje", I can only understand this as a natural force. Sensitivity means a heightened sense of feeling which operates most powerfully in conditions of "paz y tranquilidad".
