I stayed in a hotel recently here in Spain, and when I was booking it online, I had a check-box option to allow me to "check-in" to the hotel via Facebook, or not; i.e., did I want all my friends on FB to know that I was "checking-in" to that hotel via my mobile phone or not. As you may or may not know, FB "check-in" is switched "on" for most locations by default. On this occasion, I ticked the check-box "no deseo ser localizado" to indicate that I didn't want my friends to know I was away for the weekend, so I guess a translation in your case might be "I wish to be tracked"?

Could you post the whole section with the phrase in it? If it is related to confidentiality, and there is an opportunity to put a cross by the phrase, it may mean "I wish to be contactable" (or not).
