agree comma missing after gym. Think no actual "school" building here but rather an interested group who may be given tutoring by expert or taken on fieldtrips. There is a list of the facilities and activities as a selling point for this housing so variety is important. a "school of " would make it seem like a 3rd level course so I'd omit "school"
