I need help with the following sentence: "la agencia está formada por profesionales del Turismo con años de experiencia en el asesoramiento de productos turísticos de la Argentina y del Mundo...". How can I say...? "the agency consists of professional travel agents..."?

A literal translation here would just be unnatural to an Anglophone, in my opinion; so a little adaptation must be carried out.

The literal translation that Google translate provides is: “The agency is made up of Tourism professionals with years of experience in advising tourism products of Argentina and the World”

That is just unnatural and clunky in English. I would suggest something along the lines of the example sentence below. If you want the text to appeal to Anglophones, that is...

To English speakers, if you are a "professional", and you want to come across as such, then this is the sort of English you should be using...
