What I said is that the word has multiple meanings. Look at my references, don't just gorge on your own. Without more context we just don't know. I'm not pretending that I know the answer but I do know that grabbing the first dictionary is negligent for a professional translator.

That this term clearly has different meanings in different countries. The asker must look at the context carefully and see what makes most sense between my and mediamatrix's answers. If it is mass tourism for older persons I would go with mediamatrix. If it is an adventure based type tour then mine would be most appropriate.
