Spanish term or phrase: gestión en alquiler
Ojo con el contexto. A table indicating "Distribución de los proyectos hoteleros en la ciudad según tipo de gestión aplicada." Three types: gestión propia; gestión en alquiler and (and this will be my next question, to be posted in 2 minutes) gestión en management.

I suspect the answer here is actually pretty simple, but because I don't get the concepts here... Im stuck.

Thanks. JRP

total property lease

Explanation:
At first, the most common method by which hotel companies furnished management services was through total property leases. Essentially, a total property lease is an agreement between a hotel company and a hotel property owner whereby the hotel company leases the hotel (land, improvements, and sometimes the furniture, fixtures, and equipment) from the property owner. The hotel company thus becomes the tenant and assumes all operating responsibilities, as well as the
financial obligations of funding, working capital, operating expenses, and rent. The landlord-owner
is passive with respect to all operating decisions and is not responsible for working capital or
operating expenses. The hotel company receives the residual net income after all expenses, including rent, are paid
