RESPONSABILIDADES:
**Agentes de handling** – Rampa
1.
Comunicación al centro de control de UTE IBERIA/ACCIONA teléfono 89194 en caso de que se presente una PMR de llegada, conexión o tránsito no previstos. El coordinador del vuelo deberá informar al prestador del servicio sobre la presencia de PMR sin solicitud en la aeronave.
2.
Coordinación para el embarque en la aeronave de PMR último minuto, etc.
3.
Coordinación para el embarque y desembarque de PMR en tránsito o en conexión.
4.
Procedimiento para el caso de pasajeros MEDAS o STECHER que lleguen directamente en ambulancia. El acceso de la ambulancia a la zona restringida, y el guiado hasta la aeronave será gestionado por el **AAH**, comunicando a la UTE IBERIA/ACCIONA teléfono: 89194, la llegada de la ambulancia y vuelo en el que se necesitará el servicio para que la empresa prestadora del servicio disponga de los medios necesarios para ubicar a la PMR dentro de la aeronave, en coordinación con el personal médico de la ambulancia.

PROCESO DE LLEGADA
EL **AAHH** avisará a coordinación de la UTE IBERIA/ACCIONA al teléfono 89149 en el caso de que en vuelo se identifiquen como “nuevos” PMRs pasajeros del vuelo, UTE IBERIA/ACCIONA coordinación revisará la planificación de equipos y personal necesario para la correcta atención de los PMR que llegan en el vuelo
