Spanish term or phrase: Inyección Mostrador
This is referring to a bagge check-in. The problem is the word inyección, which could mean a lot of things. Anyone worked in a Spanish airport? My guess is the word means "check-in", i.e. being entered into the baggage handling system.

check-in desk

Explanation:
if this is definitely a baggage check-in, it has to be right
The only other things that occurred to me is could it be the checkpoint (passport control) for incoming passengers?

neutral  Stefano Nicola D'Amato: I haven't worked in an AENA airport (Madrid Barajas) since 1996, but I never heard the term. Check-in was simply "facturación." The ticketless self-checkin existed back then, too. Just wasn't called INYECCIÓN MOSTRADOR. Are you sure this is from Spain?
