Spanish term or phrase:parador
Una de las (playas) más concurrida es De cavallets, que tiene de un lado un chiringo - parador-, y del otro, el chiringay (para gays). Otra playa célebre es Salinas, con sus dos paradores: Jockey Club y Sa-trincha.
Explanation: parador: roadside bar [among other things] (Oxford Spanish Dictionary). Here the context suggests beachside rather than roadside, and it fits with chiringuito.
Certainly these paradores are nothing like the Spanish state Paradores, which are actually luxury hotels (I happen to live just up the road from one of them).

In order to bring out the wordplay in \'Chiringay\', it would be better to expand this to \'chiringo (beachside bar)\'.
Thanx to you all!!! Here in Argentina, parador is a sort of bar in the beach, so i think this is the best option. As for chiringo, i will let the word in Spanish, since it has a pun with chiringay. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
