I’ve seen refs. To “zoning” with air conditioning and heating:

You might consider a zoned system. Zoning is an automatic baffle inside the ducts that opens or closes the ducts at the direction of a zoned thermostat.

I've seen other refs. where "bloqueo" refers to locking (e.g., central locking against intrusion), but can't imagine why a meeting room would offer that feature.
