Spanish term or phrase: Virgen del Agua
I can't help getting the feeling that certain holy Spanish icons are actually Iberian river or fertility goddesses in disguise, but is there a Vatican-approved title for this lady?

Nuestra Señora del Agua
Explanation:
If you refer to the Virgen del Agua of Castellote, Teruel, this is another "offcial" sounding name. BTW there is a website mentioning the relationships between Christian Virgin imagery with pagan female fertility deities that mentions this one at http://es.geocities.com/martincanot/virgenesfrutos.html

Thanks for the tip. Yes, it was the image in Castellote, but the Baños shrine in Ecuador came up with the translation.
