Spanish term or phrase: agua vi térmica
This is from a list of services provided by a Spanish spa, and I would take it to be a typo except that it occurs twice:
"...masaje con manguera a presión *vi* térmica, activadora y tonificante."
There is also a reference to "Ducha Vi térmica piernas."

bitérmica - (e.g., two temperatures) Scottish shower
Explanation:
It is a typo, or rather written by someone who can't spell. It should be "bitérmica".

You will see quite a few refs. to "bi-thermal" but they're mostly translations. What it appears to mean is "at/with two temperatures". It's also apparently called a "ducha escocesa" (Scottish shower).

Here are some refs.
