Spanish term or phrase: termoludismo
I can't find the proper translation for this term. It's a relatively new concept in spas, and the expression comes from the French "thermoludisme".

I see your dilemma, but I still think it’s all marketing: yes, people have been visiting spas for centuries, but it was never called \"spa tourism\"—it was just “taking the waters.\" From what I see, the “new” concept is how its presented, and the gadgets.

Anyway…. Thermal tourism? Most of the refs. seem to be translations, though…but one EU doc: http://www.iacvb.org/iacvb/american_crisis/eu_tourism_study1...

Therapeutic tourism? From Condé Nast Traveller:

He ticks off the new administration\'s plans: \"adventure tourism, ecotourism, agrotourism, ethnotourism, therapeutic tourism with our mineral hot springs and medicinal plants….\" The first task is to inventory the nation\'s natural and cultural treasures. Next, the government will screen investors and developers, foreign and local, for their willingness to cooperate with ANAM (Autoridad Nacional del Ambiente), Panama\'s environmental-protection authority. \"Seriously, we want people to take advantage of what we have,\" he says, \"but not at the cost of losing it to satisfy someone\'s short-term goals.\"

Spa health and wellness tourism...

Spa Health and Wellness Tourism

Extensive global research and market trend analysis strongly points to a boom in spa health and wellness vacations. In recent years, North America has witnessed significant grow rates in health and wellness consumers seeking to look and feel better; to lose weight; to slow the effects of aging; to relieve pain or discomfort; to manage stress; or to partake in the use of natural supplements like vitamins and minerals to improve their health. Today\'s health and wellness programs respond to growing consumer demands for fitness level improvement; for healthy lifestyle education; for nutrition counseling; for healing; for preventative medicine; for solving personal problems like stress or depression; and, for holistic, naturopathic, alternative or eastern medicinal practices/therapies. And the travel industry is reaping benefits of the health and wellness phenomenon.

leisure spa

Explanation:
The original term is a combination of thermo + ludico (thermal + leisure). The only uses of "thermoludism/thermoludic" I can find are on websites obviously translated by non-native speakers. You could, of course, use these coinings (somewhat ungainly IMO).
